About  DDE :

• DDE  (Distributed Dynamics Encryption)  is a new fundamental method for public key encryption that was first introduced by   Roy Tenny , Lev S. Tsimring , Henry D.I. Abarbanel , Lawrence E. Larson    on   Physical Review Letters Volume.90, Number 4, January 2003 : "Using Distributed Nonlinear Dynamics for Public Key Encryption".

• Research is conducted at the UCSD - Institute of Nonlinear Science and at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) - UCSD.
