Slightly Newer Code and Sample Files
From here you can get HV-partitioning based executable code and
some sample encoded files. Many of the encoded files look awful,
some because the encoding is not very good, and some because the
originals were bad to start with. Some of the originals may still be
available for comparison at
network.ucsd.edu.
